I have been an athlete my whole life, and I have always enjoyed exercising, mainly cardio. Being active feels normal to me. I like to be on my feet, moving and doing something. Training came from wanting my work to match that part of who I am.

There was also a practical reason. I started to work a lot. I have three jobs, so I understand what it is like when the schedule is full before you even think about exercise. I decided to do fitness because I enjoy being active and I wanted to do something where I can work and be active at the same time.

That experience matters to how I think about coaching. I am not going to tell a busy person that they need a perfect schedule. I know a day can change. I know you can feel tired before the workout starts. The plan has to respect your responsibilities while still asking you to take a real step forward.

I am also new to this business. I will not turn that into a story about years of results I do not have. I am working on the coaching method, and I would rather be honest about it. What I can bring is attention, energy, and a willingness to build a setting where the work feels clear and engaging.

Outside the gym, I am a huge fan of videogames and anime. I put a time limit on playing because I still like being active. What keeps me interested in games is seeing progress happen one step at a time. You learn the system, handle a challenge, and become ready for something that used to be difficult.

That is why I want coaching to show you the next useful step. Not a fantasy transformation and not a punishment for where you are now. We can track the actions that matter, use challenges with a purpose, and keep building when life interrupts the plan. A difficult week can teach us something instead of ending everything.

My own schedule keeps me grounded in that idea. When there is not much time, I need to know what matters most. I cannot depend on every day feeling easy. I use a time limit for videogames because I enjoy them, but I also want room to move and be active. Coaching should help you make those same kinds of clear decisions for your priorities, without acting like you need to give up everything you enjoy to make progress.
